Day Care

The Eden Academy Early Learning Centre included the construction of an architecturally designed childcare centre in Thurgoona. This project was close to 700m2 under roof, with significant structural steel throughout the building including various roof pitches, heights, valleys, canopies and parapet walls. In conjunction with the build was an intricate landscape design. This design included three different nature inspired playscape areas built from various materials, as well as a large 28-space carpark for the Eden community and included over 200 metres of retaining walls.

Wodonga Gardens Retirement Living

Situated in West Wodonga, this gated community is for retirees over the age of 55. Southern Vale have been building homes since 2015 in partnership with the Gardens and continues this partnership into newly released stages.

Some clients have a clear vision of what they want their new home design to be before they walk through our doors or through their design consult in collaboration with our sales and drafting teams to work on a custom design.

This process slightly differs from our standard new home journey, depending on design and consultation meetings together to ensure that every detail is considered.
