Construction SITE SUPERVISORs - Shepparton & Wodonga

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.
What is the role?
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be based in our Shepparton area, be leading and over-seeing our stunning new project and custom residential builds.
This is a permanent full-time role that will require travelling to sites so you must have a valid driver’s license.
In your new role you will:
- Report directly to the Construction Manager and lead a team of subcontractors on site
- Lead construction to meet schedule, budget and quality while delivering exceptional customer service
- Be responsible for the highest standards of safety and driving continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with the Construction Procedural Manual, complete required documentation and process claims and invoices
We are looking for:
- Experienced Professional: Solid background as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong customer focus, excellent technical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license: (manual preferred)
- Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcome obstacles maintaining project momentum, time-frames and drive continuous improvement
- Safety Savvy: Strong commitment to implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Certifications: Certificate 4 in Building Construction is advantageous

Pre Construction Administrator- Wodonga

At Southern Vale, we are looking for a Pre-Construction Administrator to join our busy team.
What is the role?
Based at our Head Office in Wodonga, the Pre-Construction Administrator is a key position in our building process, responsible for supporting the pre-construction stage of our new home builds. This role involves close collaboration with clients, local councils, consultants, trades, and statutory bodies to ensure the timely completion of all necessary documentation, approvals, and communications. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during this phase, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless transition to construction.
In your new role you will:
Client Communication: Provide regular, exceptional customer service with fortnightly contact to pre-construction clients, offering updates and addressing any concerns. Aim to ensure no client complaints regarding communication.
Liaison with Stakeholders: Work closely with local councils, consultants, and trades to obtain required information, approvals, and permits.
Document Management: Ensure all permits, contracts, variations, and other necessary documents are completed, signed, and stored accurately in our CRM system (Companion).
Schedule Management: Update project schedules and monitor key dates to ensure critical paths are adhered to. Work with the Sales and Production teams to meet critical timelines.
Contract Review: Thoroughly check contracts, specifications, and drawings for accuracy, ensuring alignment between all documents.
Financial Oversight: Ensure clients meet their financial obligations as outlined in the contract.
Team Collaboration: Assist the Estimating and Sales teams to ensure costs and timelines are maintained. Prepare clients for Colour Selections and ensure all necessary paperwork is available to the Construction Administrator.
We are looking for:
Experience in the same or similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
