What is the role?
Southern Vale Homes are on the hunt for a Senior Construction Estimator – Team Leader, who will prepare quotes and tenders for residential and commercial builds, as well as Government contracts. This role will work across estimating and project management, and will develop strong relationships with construction teams to help achieve outcomes for building projects.
We are one of Albury Wodonga’s most established residential builders in the construction of quality new and custom homes and have grown to include the regions of Shepparton, Echuca and Bendigo. Our leadership team truly cares about you as a person in both your personal and professional development.

Who are we?
At Southern Vale Homes we are on the hunt for an experienced and committed Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be based in Albury – Wodonga, be leading and over-seeing our stunning new project and custom residential builds as well as commercial projects.
This is a permanent full-time role that will require travelling to sites so you must have a valid driver’s license.
