Site Supervisor - Albury Wodonga

Who are we?

What is the role?

Southern Vale Homes are on the hunt for a Site Supervisor for our Wodonga region.

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be based in Albury – Wodonga, be leading and over-seeing our stunning new project and custom residential builds as well as commercial projects.

This is a permanent full-time role that will require travelling to sites so you must have a valid driver’s license.

In your new role you will:
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager and lead a team of subcontractors on site
  • Lead construction to meet schedule, budget and quality while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be responsible for the highest standards of safety and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with the Construction Procedural Manual, complete required documentation and process claims and invoices
We are looking for:
  • Experienced Professional: Solid background as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong customer focus, excellent technical and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license: (manual preferred)
  • Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcome obstacles maintaining project momentum, time-frames and drive continuous improvement
  • Safety Savvy: Strong commitment to implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Certifications: Certificate 4 in Building Construction is advantageous
