Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Pre-Construction Administrator to join our team.
What is the role?
Based at our Head Office in Wodonga, the Pre-Construction Administrator is a key position in our building process, responsible for supporting the pre-construction stage of our new home builds. This role involves close collaboration with clients, local councils, consultants, trades, and statutory bodies to ensure the timely completion of all necessary documentation, approvals, and communications. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during this phase, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless transition to construction.
We are one of Albury Wodonga’s most established residential builders in the construction of quality new and custom homes and have grown to include the regions of Shepparton, Echuca and Bendigo. Our leadership team truly cares about you as a person in both your personal and professional development.
