Part of NBL1 Basketball, this Albury based club supports and provides opportunities to youth, women and men in our local area to compete at an elite level.
There are over 100 people in the Southern Vale Homes Bandits programme which has included recent addition into the Country Cup Competition and the newly created Bandit Junior Premier League (BJPL).
Wodonga Raiders has been deeply ingrained in the community since its inception, tracing its roots back to the Kergunyah Football Club in 1924. Over the years, the club has evolved, facing challenges and milestones, ultimately becoming a prominent member of the Ovens and Murray Football and Netball League since 1989. From humble beginnings, Raiders has expanded its reach, offering opportunities for young people to participate in sports, including football, netball, and women’s football. With a strong emphasis on junior development, Raiders is proudly aligned with the Wodonga Raiders Junior Football Club, fostering talent and providing pathways for aspiring athletes in under-12, under-14s, and under-16s teams.
Committed to its mission of making sport accessible to all, Raiders takes a holistic approach to player welfare, embodying high club values and community spirit. Beyond the field or court, Raiders engages with the community through various events, including City to City and McHappy Day, strengthening its ties with supporters and sponsors alike.
